Only found out my pdoc leaving the practice at the end of July because I called to change an appointment. Luckily there is a practitioner there to keep people’s prescriptions going. Please note—-I dont just mean anybody. I want someone experienced and expert with bipolar. I am pretty picky. I have had this for decades and hence am very critical of what the change to 15 minute sessions with many insurances has done to the quality of care.
I live in the West valley but would go wherever for someone really good. I am even open to those who dont take insurance. The word is that there is a shortage of pdocs and no wonder with that 15 minute interval.[/QUOTE]
