I have had this for decades and hence am very critical of what the change to 15 minute sessions with many insurances has done to the quality of care.
I live in the West valley but would go wherever for someone really good. I am even open to those who dont take insurance. The word is that there is a shortage of pdocs and no wonder with that 15 minute interval.

for many years i went to dr. ramiro guillen of cns center in scottsdale; he is in partnership with his wife, marilyn pupo guillen. i was very comfortable with dr. guillen but when my insurance changed over to medicare, he no longer accepted my insurance. a friend of mine from our health club has been using dr. ramiro guillen for years, who treats her adolescent son and her husband as well. you might look into their website. they had 3 daughters who are probably in college now. he is very soft spoken and very approachable. i would have continued with him longer, had i not gotten old and changed over to medicare. i am a 72 yr. old female.
