If you like "I Hate You, Don't Leave Me," you might try the newer book by the same authors, "Sometimes I Act Crazy." It has more updated information, and I think it goes in depth more. I like both books.

I have BPD and gave "Sometimes..." to my husband to help explain things to him. I skip the patient stories because they're a little overdramatic.
