Boy, was I unable to concentrate yesterday. I think I meant that hard work/industriousness (without taking time to rest and contemplate what is your wisest move) is overrated.

My concentration is better today! I did my favorite Yoga Youtube video this morning. Ditto "Me too!" to the 'off switch'.
