My song is "Nobody Knows Me at All" by the Weepies. (It's a long story & I won't go into it all here.) I can't say it changed my life in terms of how I live day-to-day. But the circumstances surrounding my first hearing it did have a dramatic impact on me & still does. Here's a link to the official music video on YouTube:
