That's a really tough situation to be in. Maybe you could test the waters with another T at a different place as close-by as possible, and make sure they will be available more often. I guess the same goes with your pdoc, but I know that would be more difficult. Are you able to get in to see your current pdoc in emergencies? Three months apart would freak me out, as would three weekly sessions with my T. In the end you can only work with what is available to you.
As Halliebeth87 suggested, using coping skills, insight, sticking with your med regime, and using the support systems you have available is your best bet of making it through those times you don't have the support of your T or pdoc. I really wish you the best.
