I weigh 178 pounds. Not too bad since I have not been paying attention to my weight for many weeks. It is time to get back down to maybe about 172. So this is not too bad. It looks like I will be able to keep my wardrobe. I am thinking that my weight will go up and down normally. I try to moderate my intake of calorie expensive food. I also watch how many meals I eat. I like to have one large meal, and the rest small. Then there are those snacks that I try to moderate. The only missing part of this is exercise, If I had been exercising, my weight may have not increased, where my clothes have started to become snug on me.
