Dont' beat yourself up too bad. Stopping smoking is really hard, and you have a lot of adjustments in your life now with little Jeremy.
You can always try stopping again. Also talk to your Dr. about a drug tthat helps with quitting. I think it's called champix (not sure on spelling) but I know a few people who used it and have successfully quit.
