IMO if he’s actually using while he’s in the presence of the kids...he should be reported. I do not believe the kids are safe if he’s using. May sound *****y but I watched my nephews and nieces go through hell w/addict parents. I should have taken them and reported their asses. I should have advocated for the kids but I always thought it wasn’t *that* bad and I could and did rescue them as needed. Now that I’m an adult I hate myself for NOT having done that.

From my understanding he's not using in front of the children and It's a ****** situation and I feel upset and annoyed my friend would put her and her son in that situation because she thinks she's "in love".
