Obtain a copy of your local free newspaper and check the community listings and advertisments. You might just find something there.

Many communities have a local/regional wellness magazine too. There are always ads for such services (though I hate they are user pay). There will also be notifications of events and local groups.

Check your community for shops that are friendly to such things. They can be found by doing a search for 'metaphysical' stores. Many of these places are specifically woman centred.
