This is a positive for me since I really want to heal my oldest wounds, I want to grow and change for the better. I don't think she's truly helping me with that cause. And I finally am seeing this after all this time.
Now may be the time to find a better fit. Leaving a bad therapist and finding a better one will help me tremendously on my journey of recovery. What I want and need. A positive!!!

You’re being proactive leaving a therapist who made a shaming comment. It’s not ok imo for therapists to do this. I also would like to find a therapist who doesn’t make shaming comments
