Oh that's good that you have the mental strength to keep the appointment with or without sleep.
I don't think you're a loser. I hate that term in general, same as trash. I don't believe in calling people losers or trash. We are all humans. We all make choices, we all suffer consequences, life is not a game, there are no winners and losers. We all end up in the same place. We all have different journeys. It sounds like yours is more difficult than others'. Doesn't make you a loser in my book. Makes you a fighter.
