I feel relaxed and OK. I am grateful for my relationship with the Lord!
I did get up at 07:00 am this morning. Even if I have felt relaxed and OK, I have felt tired and have needed to rest, but I did the walk, the grocery, the healthy eating during the day. I feel satisfied.
Wednesday I will start the day at 07:00 am and have a good breakfast. The rest of the day I will use on shopping, grocery, post office, therapy, resting and eating healthy.
