Bad habits: internet addiction. Particularly self-image stuff and trying to look for positive reinforcement. It really messes with your head and can have you monitoring everything you do to try and seem perfect. No one is perfect. Bad sleep habits (purposely ruining the day by drinking caffeine and staying up until the next morning) and impulse spending.
Good habits: Cook more. I have all these recipes, and I know I can cook because I used to all the time in college. Something so I don't just eat ramen and potato chips.
