I feel awful all of a sudden. Ugh. Head, stomach, really tired...like all of a sudden.
I think I’ll close my eyes for a bit before I have to cook.
My husband has a neck injury 😞. His neck muscles are visibly swollen and tied in a huge hard knot. He’s been to the chiropractor 5 times in the last 2 weeks and she finally said it was time to see a medical doc. So he’s going Monday.
We’re thinking that huge knot is impeding his nerve going down his left arm because it hurts and loses feeling/strength.
I feel so bad for him. He’s never really had neck of back problems so this is all new to him.
