I did sign up for a newsletter and e-course that teaches about tuning into the higher realms so you can hear them clearly. Interestingly, one newsletter talks about how you can hear more clearly after a drink of alcohol, which I have found to be true! I sometimes get clear messages after I've had a few. The woman says it gets you into an "Alpha" brain wave state that enables you to hear the paranormal more clearly. I've had one such eye-opening experience after drinking one night, which I will not detail here, but this experience confirmed for me my own questions about the existence of a higher power.
