Meds wont stop all the bad days but they do help alot .I know how you feel I get that way out of the blue for know reason it feels like im in the pits of hell !!! I use to get that way all the time for weeks even months I didnt wont to wake up the next day to go though it again I would cut or burn my self to stop the pain.I dont think they like us to talk about those other thoughts on this web page but their there to .

I will say after years of hanging in there finding the right meds and alot of talking to other people like myself ive gotten better time I spend in the pits of hell is much much less I now can close my eyes and hold on for a day or two till it stops .I still hate but I get though it now. i hope I helped
