I KNOW!!

I quit for both of my pregnancies...cold turkey, no problem whatsoever. Then I delivered my children and me/myself wasn't enough to protect from smoke. It's VERY difficult to quit for just yourself....it really is. The longest I went without smoking was for the pregnancy and nursing of my daughter for two years...once she was off the boob I was back on the tobacco. I had done so good, but I wasn't enough to keep going on the right path.

If you've slipped up, don't hate on yourself for it. It's hard being a Mom okay. Just be sure to discipline yourself and protect the baby by smoking outside. No matter the weather, temperature...no matter what I make myself smoke outside. It's sort of a self discipline thing. You'll notice you'll smoke a lot less too that way.

Don't let a relapse bring you down, try again if you have too...one day at a time.
