Based on my understanding of the Sanity Score test, I would have to say that a score of 180 is high. But it's just a self-administered test. Perhaps what this is suggesting, though, is that it is going to be important for you to find a way to see a mental health professional in your country.

You mentioned you go with your parents to purchase stationary products. Perhaps your parents could accompany you to see someone? You had also mentioned you're in college. If the college you attend has a student counseling service, perhaps that might be a place to start? Hopefully being here on PC can be of some help too. There are also on-line mental health therapy services available if your family has the financial resources needed to pay for them. That might also be a way to at least get started.
