I got an head start on the weight loss with the season change and a bout of stressed induced depression. If you remember me talking about my recent finances and job changes. It took a toll on me. Then, working 5 hours shy of full-time and full-time college, time to eat became crazy. I've been living off granola bars and diet cola for the last month. When I do have the opportunity to eat I get full very quickly, I think that's from drinking so much liquids during the day.

I estimated how many miles I walk a day, mathematically, and guesstimated I walk about 7-8 miles around the store, and another 2-3 miles going from place to place outside work. I've gone from sitting on my *** 8-10 hours a day to doing nothing but move...fast too, because I am always late.

I noticed my body was different when I seen myself buck naked in my full size mirror....the mirror I've been avoiding for ALONG time now. My shape had changed...my stomach was smaller, and I can see the figment of hip and cheek bones. My Indian shaped face..coming through.

What I'm worried about now though is loose skin. I'm not obese, but I've had 2 pregnancies and my weight has fluctuated all my life. My poor belly....even though it's smaller it looks sad...literally, like sad and droopy..haha.

So far I've gone from 185 to 163. Almost 25 pounds. This has happened over a little over a month.

Hopefully with this start I can change the behaviors towards more healthy choices and begin exercising.....when I get the chance of course.

Anybody else been losing the weight with the season change?
