Sorry to hear that. I have been through that myself. There was a time when I had panic attacks & depression and just didn't feel good. I was tired and light-headed a lot. I felt so bad one time that I decided to have a blood test to see if anything was wrong. Nothing was wrong, it turned out! Well, if everything is normal, why do I feel like crap?
I have to say that depression and anxiety can be exhausting. Also, be thankful you don't have a disease of some kind because that can really be bad if you did. I know, because I had cancer myself one time.
