I can, unless something new happens and it really bothers me. I have worked HARD for the past several years to get through my fears and the toxic waste my family pummeled into my head.

I sat down, almost daily, and typed out what bothered me and worked to accept what it was or how I felt about it. I kept going every time something negative popped into my head. I took years to get through all of that carefully pacing myself, but I slowly began to feel happier and I saw improvements in my life.

So, now when something happens, I focus on getting through it so I can come up with solutions.

That is the best part!! Once I accept what it is or how I feel about it, solutions pop up in my head. That is how emotions benefit us. They let us know what is going on around us and how we can solve problems. It is the COOLEST thing I have ever experienced!

Honestly, once I repeated it enough, it is so easy now! But, I had to get through minefields first.
