What i would want to see is:

1. How many total years of bilingual customer
service
2. How many years in each application? Phone, medical, etc

B. How do you plan to transition from disability to working again? Like thru their ticket to work program? I would address that somewhere, if you are looking at part time at first? Idk.

C. With bilingual, wow! You should have no problem getting work!

D. I used to work for Harris Polls in nyc, and started working at u mich research. Those require more of a person than cust svc, you might like something like that. Election polling?
