I have issues with self esteem, some times when I remind myself I've done something that I have felt was self empowering, it can assist with confidence and feeling better - believing a bit that I am worthy or can do something.
thought maybe others, that may have similar issues with this, may take this place to practice seeing our own self empowering moments..
