For me this is a hard question. I remember sadness more, as I've had depression my whole adult life. I do remember being happy in a relationship, but that now is triggering. I am also happy on the beach with a camera.

I have a song playing, and music normally makes me happy, but today it's not helping. Mental disease/illness sucks.
