You might also want to look into:

- Neurofeedback - hard to find good practitioners, but some people have had really great results. I'm doing this on my own (at home) and things are definitely changing, but it's been a bit of a challenge. My brain is a bit weird in how it reacts (according to the person advising me), but I also think it might have been easier if I were seeing someone in person rather than trying to do it remotely. (Specifically, I find it challenging to find the correct spots on my head.) If you see someone in person, I think people often go 2-3x/week.

- I've seen people here talk about TMS as well - check out the forum. I don't have experience with it, but my last T recommended it.
