Thanks for the article. What do you mean both numbers have to be valid? I’m still counting calories.
So far today I’ve had 2 hard boiled eggs, 4 slices of bacon, 1oz of mozzarella cheese, and a small tomato. Which all equals to 416 calories. I feel pretty full. Even if it’s not exactly Keto, I’m still eating better than I was before.
I was going to have some nuts and seeds for a snack and then a piece of salmon and some cabbage with a tablespoon of butter for dinner.
My issue is that I seem to be way under my 1200 calorie goal. Also I spent over $40 today for food that will last maybe 3 days. So cost may also be an issue. But I’ll give it a try.
