I am new here and I suffer from PTSD, Major Depression, and Generalized & Social Anxiety due to a situation in my past that last 15 months of my life . I also have frequent nightmares from this situation as well. I will not get into the specifics of it until I feel safer on this community as like I said I am brand new here. All I will say is I am safe from the situation now. I am seeking the therapy weekly that I need and it is helping me a lot. Even this year I was able to return to regular school which was a major step for me. With the help of an amazing School Counselor and Teachers and Administrators who helped me a lot. Most of the students at the school were great as well, but as you may imagine some were not so great. So everyday is a new day for me that I wake up to face . Some are better than others, but in the end I have made it and I am not going to let this get me. Thank You for letting me vent. Once I become more comfortable here I, I will open up more.
