Hi FuzzyBear. Your symptoms sound very familiar.

This may be nothing you haven't heard of or tried already, but what gives me some relief is doing deep breathing and picturing myself in warm, comfortable
place, maybe surrounded by friends and family. Whatever the place is. For me, it's often a dock and sunset, lots of people around. Also, when I do have a pleasant experience, I make a note of it on my phone. That way, when I'm having a tough time (which is most of the time), I go back and look at my list, knowing that more will come, however small a percentage they may be.
