Is this just one serving, Moose? Don't get angry, but I thought I'd let you know that that smoothie you described would likely be about 750 calories (assuming 1/3 cup skim milk). With one hard-boiled egg added, it would be over 800 calories total. It sounds yummy, but keep the calories in mind if you want to lose weight. I've been only allowing myself 1,200 calories per day. My tall big-boned husband is trying to stay within 1,500 calories per day. I choose my foods strategically to get the "biggest bang for the buck", so to speak.
