Report the thread so the community support team can take a look at the thread and (a) determine if it is indeed what we consider a community thread and (b) if so, whether it needs to be restarted by a moderator to allow all to post to it.

Keep in mind that posing a question to the community in and of itself doesn't make something automatically a community thread.
