I have felt too tired and have not been doing much. As if that was not enough I felt so tired one morning that I took my sleeping pills by a mistake in the morning. In 24 hours I slept for 18 hours of them. Still feel groggy ... My home doesn't look very well either and I do not feel motivated. The first thing I have to do to create order in the chaos, is to make my brain function to my benefit; that is to be able to be in the here and now and to take one thing at the time.

Plans for today (Friday):

- Have a cup of coffee and something to eat
- Do autogenic training with self-hypnosis on remember to be Mindful
- Declutter parts of the living room

- Decide what to do for the rest of the day
