I went to have my blood drawn and a urine sample for an annual physical exam coming up with my physician. I got my results, but only 60% of it. I'm very anxious about the rest of the results. So far, so good.

Very slow day at work today. It didn't help to get my mind off of myself. I worked out and it went well. Yesterday I was going to go bike riding after work but didn't because I went to the bank instead to open up a new account. I was mad that I couldn't go bike riding since it had been a few days since I last rode.
