I find exercise helps tremendously. Yoga is the thing for me but I like cardio too, like elliptical, biking (stationary and road), and I'm totally hooked on Pound. Pound is so much fun. It's not that I'm any good at it, I enjoy being around others that are doing the same thing. I have fun, enjoy messing up and laughing at myself, and the workout feels great. I probably look funny, because I'm over six feet tall, mostly bald, and kind of goofy, but I don't care what they think. I've been slacking lately, but I'm there right now
