I believe SweetCatLover probably doesn't want to repeat the same experience she's had with her boyfriend who became abusive every time she mentioned her own health issue so she prefers to be upfront from the start to avoid ANY kind of unpleasent situations. I don't like to assume so I hope she will correct me if I'm wrong!
If that is true though perhaps you can try to reach a compromise and mention your health issues after the first few dates with other people. That way you'll be able to get to know them a little bit first and see if you feel like you'd be comfortable around them. At the same time THEY'LL get to know you as well and they will decide for themselves whether they feel like they want to deal with that or not!
What do you think about this? Would that be an option for you? Just give it a thought if you feel comfortable about that and if you WANT to do that of course! I hope you'll find the right person for you VERY SOON! We'll be here for you if you need ANY kind of support! THAT'S A PROMISE! Please NEVER give up hope especially in your search! There IS somenone out there for you! I'M SURE OF THAT! Sending many safe, warm hugs to you, SweetCatLover!
