I spent the first six months on lithium vomiting because I was not eating breakfasting. I have to eat a big mean of complete protein or starch or fat (got to love fast food) or else I will be running to the toilet and I am curious if that is the same for others. Right now I am only experiencing a little bit of nausea, stomach pain, fatigue, and part of that is because I could not keep the thyroid pill down this morning. I am drinking Gatorade to keep my fluids up. This is the first time my levels have been that high and I will be seeing my doctor on Tuesday. I went a little to high with my levels (again under 1.5) and my body decided to respond and that's when I noticed a pattern. I will be skipping my medication tonight (not that I could eat enough to take it) and then trying for a half dose tomorrow and then back up to three and then doctor the next day.
