How do I even show that when I barely know who it is and when I have no threads in common with that person?

This is something from ages ago that been following me since. I kind of remember being accused of making a thread questioning this person, but I didn't know who it was and how it could be interpreted that way. It was a general reminder about members when they give advice, to remember we're all over the world with different treatment options. I don't know how it ever was decided this was directed at a stranger to me that I had to put on ignore.

I never put people on ignore by myself. That isn't how I work. I put people on mental ignore if they bother me.
