I have been on latuda for almost 2 years now. I think we changed from risperdal to latuda because of weight gain. It worked very quickly and it, along with trileptal, has been the best combination. I also take adderall to help me stay focused at work and naltrexone to help control my weight (cravings). When I was on a higher dose of latuda (60), i had to take medication to keep down nausea and vomiting. When it was reduced to 40, that stopped. Im now on 30. My only complaint has been drowsiness in the morning. To the point that Im late for work because I can't wake up. This has been better since the dosage was reduced. I'm still working through this reduction, so we will see how it goes.
