It's not so difficult. I have a schedule that does not allow me to see T during the day and for two and a half years we have juggled around to make sure that there is a 4:30 or later timeslot open... and now I see hm on Saturdays as well. T's normally have certain days in which they work later because they understand they are going to be working with a lot of people who go to school and/or work. I know the place that I interviewed with last week said that their child and adolescent therapists don't come in UNTIL evening because of the school schedule. I think you should call around and see what you can get.
