Instead of asking for someone to open the door you are being stubborn (your words not mine) and fumbling around with everything. It's too much and you realize that. Eventually if you don't ask for help you're going to drop everything. Once that happens things will become exceedingly more difficult.

True and I will seek help and have a plan with going to group support for grief and seeking individual treatment. Taking the first step is difficult, but willing to do it.
