Good for you, Nevvy! You did the BEST thing possible for you and your own health! Social media can truly bring the worst in some people. I don't spend much time on most social media myself. I DO spend a lot of time on the Internet though and I can ensure you that that's not a positive thing either regardless of what you're actually doing It can certainly become an addiction. Be careful all of you and everyone. Good on you from getting away from those toxic social media though! I hope I'll be able to learn from you!
