I’m a retail worker.

Today the opening manager was an hour late and she told us she would be an hour late. When we were all already in the parking lot. so my department manager, and 2 other people from my department and myself all got into one car and went out to McDonald’s. It’s nice to be in the “in” crowd. Plus we got paid for that half hour we missed.

But now I’m working tomorrow.
