Started yoga classes again.First one today since last October.It was a challenge emotionally.I felt like a vulnerable scared child.I did stay the whole session though and I am going to go every week.I have to stop letting my fears make me drop classes cos I feel threatened.I want to do this because I feel so good physically.My body is light and relaxed after a session.It should help with weight loss too!
