Had some anxiety lately because of not getting the rest of the results from the blood/urine test for the physical exam. As it turned out, the results I was expecting were not necessary for this year. Well I saw my doctor today and everything is fine. In fact she's very impressed with the way I take care of myself and appear. She's one of the nicest people in my life. I wish that there are more people like her around me.

Went for a bike ride after the appointment. I had plenty of time between after the appointment and dinner.
