Lately I've been keeping To Do Lists. Some of them have been quite long and have left me a bit overwhelmed. A friend of mine from another forum reminded me of the 3 Task Rule. Just pick 3 things to do each day. One really tough one and two fairly simple. Try your best to complete them. What you don't get to one day goes on the list for the next day. I like that rule. So I'm starting Just 3 Things.
Tomorrow my three things are:
Go to my doctor's appointment.
Cook a nice meal.
Unload the dishwasher.
