I am really struggling not to purge every time I eat, but I am panicking because I ate 1300 calories today. I was at my folks house and couldn't purge, urgh! Then the worst thing is they are coming over for dinner Tuesday which means I will totally blow my calorie count for the day and I can't rid my self of those calories either because they'll be here. I want to get off this rollar coaster of being totally consumed by thoughts of weight, food, calories, and exercise. Sorry for venting, but thanks for listening.
