nowheretorun...you're right when you say cops don't do anything unless you get hurt first...they told me that other than checking up on me they can't do anything unless he attacks me or succeeds in breaking in getting a big dog is a good idea though...never thought of that one.

I_WMD....those are good ideas you put forward but they wouldn't work for me...there's only one way in/out my flat and this jerk always watches and knows when i have anybody in.

the only hope i have atm is that the local housing authority have said they'll take out a restraining order on the grounds of him being a nuisance neighbor...not holding my breathe on that one tho...one big dog coming right up i think...i actually love dogs.
