Today I'm grateful for:
-I went to therapy today. I'd been very anxious today and she did a resourcing exercise with me and it made me feel better. She said I can do it on my own at my house as well and it will help.
-Even though I was anxious today, I showed up to what I said I was going to do. Success.
-It's a hot day and I'm really glad I have AC.
-I'm home now, resting, listening to music, and eating a snack.
-I went to the library to pick up 2 holds that came in today (2 seasons of Parks and recreation

). The clerk checking out my books for me was in a good mood and we chatted a little.
