I spoke up about a miscommunication that I could had been really upset and irate about but I was able to keep a middle ground with "get my point crossed and why it concerns me".
I was apologized to.
In the end I hope we all learned something.
Its empowering because, if this happened to me 10 years ago I may have been really upset and wouldn't communicate effectively... I've learned a little over time.
Guess it's empowering to communicate effectively and be heard
