My T taught me this helpful idea! It’s great, also I leave a slot open one day that I label finish list activity and free time. So I reward myself for completing. It definitely keeps me on track.
My three things to do today:
1. Pick up groceries
2. Make slime with my niece
3. Pick up living room and put things where they go
Good luck to you, this habit is hard to get into but I keep a list to cross off and on bad days I hang it on the refrigerator to keep focused. [emoji16][emoji75][emoji1782][emoji90]
